SHIPPING POLICY
Minskinn strive to deliver products purchased in excellent condition from different warehouses. We aim to ship products on same day for orders placed before 11AM and next day for the orders received after 11AM. Our aim is to deliver orders within 3-7 days of orders being placed (Depends on distance). However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Sunday is not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in 10 working days please contact our Customer Services through minskinn.care@gmail.com.

How does the delivery process work?
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders placed on our website. Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations with no additional charges.
What if non-availability of customer at delivery location?
Our delivery partner will make three attempts before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please do provide your mobile number in the delivery address to have a smooth and faster delivery experience.
Do you ship to International locations?
No, we are at present shipping to all India location only.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
How to cancel my order ?
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If you need to cancel your order then you can reach out to us on WhatsApp or via email on "support@minskinn.com" with your order ID within 2 hours or placing the order or before order shipment. It is not possible to cancel the order once order has been shipped.
NOTE: Minskinn reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
When will I receive the refund in case of order cancellation?
Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be credited back to source account. Normally, it takes 7-14 business days for amount to reflect in the account. For any difficulties or any queries on refund, do email us on "support@minskinn.com". You can also send WhatsApp us on "+ 91 91139 52584".
What if I used discount vouchers or reward points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed reward points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return/exchange my order?
Returns are only accepted for the products which are "Physically damaged, Wrong product delivered, Expired product, Incomplete order". One can go to account section to create return/exchange or write us on "support@minskinn.com" within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that the damage/defect needs to be evident in the photos for acceptance of your complaint. Under below conditions the return/exchange requests will not be accepted:
- Broken seal/opened/damaged/altered/tried
- Any complaint created or returned created after 48 hours of delivery
- Any original packaging missing (mono cartons, labels, unsealed package, safety packaging)
Post receipt of returned product, Minskinn will inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved, a replacement will be issued to customer. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
What should I do when the package I received is open?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes. However in the rare case that your product is opened, we request you to not accept any order where the outer packaging is open or where the seal has been tampered. In case an open package is accepted by you from the delivery agent, we will not be able to take responsibility for such a package, and will not be liable for any physically damaged/ defective products, missing or incorrect products.
The product doesn’t suit my skin. Can I return it?
We do provide all product & ingredient information on our website or on ecommerce platform. If a product doesn't suit your skin, it is unfortunately not a ground for return. Skincare is subjective, and not all products will suit every person / skin. This is an inherent risk the buyer assumes when purchasing skincare, beauty, consumable items from anywhere. If you have any concerns on correct usage, you can reach out to us anytime and we'll do our best to guide you in using the product(s) correctly.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +91 91139 52584 or send us an email at "support@minskinn.com" with received product picture (Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 6 pm).
